For us, caring for the environment is a concrete commitment that translates into specific choices and daily habits: we wash and heat our homes with energy produced by our own photovoltaic systems, we compost organic waste (using it to feed the plants on our land), and we sort other waste. We use bulk detergents (with zero plastic use) for personal hygiene, cleaning the house, and doing laundry, which are 90% plant-based.
We practice healthy eating that respects nature, people, and the ethics of their work, sourcing not only from our own products but also directly from farmers, cheesemakers, breeders, and other small producers, locally where possible.
Since 2019, we have been using almost exclusively electric agricultural tools and traveling in electric vehicles, thanks to the energy we produce ourselves from photovoltaic panels.
