This year, the vineyard has finally produced its clusters. So we started with the already ripe part of the vineyard, which is Merlot grapes. We equipped ourselves with scissors...

Among the upcoming projects in the pipeline, there is a very special one called “A passo lento l’asino racconta” (The donkey tells its story at a slow pace), which aims to become a place for disseminating and sharing the history and characteristics of an animal that has shared its life with humans for thousands of years, serving them and keeping them company, putting its characteristics—robustness and reliability—at their service, but about which relatively little is still known: the donkey.
Well, if you like, we would like to promote a culture of the donkey. To free it from the prejudice that it is a stubborn animal, not because it sometimes can be, but by raising awareness of why it sometimes behaves in this way, falling prey to blockages and self-protection.
“A passo lento l’asino racconta” (At a slow pace, the donkey tells its story) will be a relaxing outdoor activity, in which we will welcome guests to the countryside of our farm, the ideal setting to offer an experience of relaxation and detachment from the frenetic pace of “doing” to which adults and children alike are often exposed, despite themselves, to allow ourselves a slower pace, marked by sharing stories and contact with nature and establishing a virtuous relationship with animals.
Both children and adults will be able to meet the donkeys, pet them, brush them, take care of them, feed them hay, and discover many interesting facts about the evolutionary history of these animals, their habits, and their behavior. We will complete this experience with a snack featuring products from our farm. See you soon!
