This year, the vineyard has finally produced its clusters. So we started with the already ripe part of the vineyard, which is Merlot grapes.
We equipped ourselves with scissors and crates and began cutting the clusters, then took advantage of the small presses we have available to continue with the pressing.
Thanks to the collaboration of an oenologist, we conducted our first winemaking experiment, which is still in progress.
But for those interested, grapes can also be used to make delicious juices, syrups, and jams. For example, I am making this very simple grape jam with autumnal tones.
